With reference to this sector 90% of the projects carried out recently have been Design & Build but traditional contracts have previously been carried out by ourselves.

We have carried out a 500 plus bedroom student accommodation at Adams Street in Cardiff for Student Castle. We are also near completion on a 213 bedroomed student accommodation at Talybont Cardiff Univeristy amd currently we are working on an accommodation block at Kingwood School, Bath plus a listed building refurbishment and new build called Cranwell House, also in Bath.
