This project consisted of the refurbishment of a purpose-built

the conversion of two existing retail units into commercial offices

This was an internal refurbishment and
remodelling of existing space to provide
music studio facilities.
IBIS Hotel Bridgwater
This was a hotel that was carried out for Midas
construction in Bridgwater which consisted of 144
guestrooms and facilities including meeting rooms, lounge
area and keepers restaurant.
Housing 21 Strawberry Gardens
A 60 bedroomed apartment extra care home development with
communal gardens in Yatton for Housing 21.
Winchester Sport
& Leisure Park
This was a new leisure and sports complex
project for Winchester Council

Redwood Lodge is a high quality residential care village
comprising of multiple blocks of flats and a
health and fitness suite hotel and apartment complex.

A new 14 class primary school for Willmott Dixon
VILLAGE HOTEL
153 guestrooms and leisure facilities including a

Holiday Inn Bridgwater
A 138 bedroom hotel for Midas Construction which consisted
of a restaurant, lounge and bar and meeting rooms.
